Hello I’m Thomas and I started Asset Plumbing and Heating Ltd, we cover Croydon, Carshalton, Wallington, Mitcham, Crystal Palace, Sydenham, Sutton, Bromley and the surrounding areas. I have over a decade of experience working for the largest central heating company in the UK, I am insured with full public liability insurance and Gas Safe Registered (657044). Boiler Servicing and Repair
Gas safe regulations recommend getting your boiler serviced annually, we can then ensure that your boiler is safe and not emitting any dangerous carbon monoxide into your home. A yearly service will also prevent costly expensive breakdowns due to lack maintenance.
Whether you have a brand new Worcester Bosch or a 35 year old Baxi back boiler Asset can service and maintain it. We don’t only service boilers either we can also do annual services on gas cookers, hobs, warm air units and fires. Unlike some companies Asset follow the manufacturers guidance to the letter strip cleaning the appliance and giving you any advice on parts that may have become worn or need replacing.
If your old boiler is not what it used to be, is inefficient or maybe has become unreliable, we can install you a new one. We can tailor an installation to any budget and use all major manufacturers including Baxi, Ideal, Worcester and Vaillant.
General Plumbing
We also repair and replace the various plumbing services in your home.
This includes toilet and sink blockages, dripping taps, leaks, faulty showers etc
We can also repalce or upgrade baths, sinks, toilets, showers or basins.
Landlords and CP12
If you are a landlord you are legally required to have a landlords safety certificate. We can carry out the necessary safety checks and issue the certificate quickly and get them sent to you the same day. Taking the stress out of getting your CP12 completed.
Safety is our number one priority
As the father to a young baby I know how worrying Covid-19 can be for people especially the vulnerable. That’s why we are a fully Covid safe business, always following the latest government guidelines and making full use of all the PPE we have available to us.
Our engineers will always:-
- Wear a mask on every visit.
- Wash our hands every 30 minutes whilst on site.
- Use hand sanitiser before and after entering the property.
- Wear gloves whilst working within your home.
- Remain 2 meters away at all times.
- Where customers are particularly vulnerable we recommend remaining in another room whilst any work is being carried out.
